Policy Scope

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and website purchases offered by Abrasoft.

By purchasing, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

Subscription Billing and Cancellations

  • Subscription fees are disclosed before payment confirmation.
  • Cancellation requests apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise required by law.
  • Access may continue through the end of the active paid period after cancellation.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to applicable consumer law.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to payment processor timelines.
  • Fraud, abuse, or policy violations may result in denial of refund requests where legally permitted.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to abraham.guerrero@abrasoft.com with your order details and reason for request.

We may request additional information to verify account ownership and transaction history.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before filing a chargeback, contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions where legally permitted.
